off to the great west coast

Well it is now official, my wife and I (oops, I forgot to mention I got married last year!!) are now heading to Vancouver. This is very exciting and nerve racking at the same time. however, Winnipeg will always be my home and there are great memories and people here that will always be in my thoughts and prayers. Winnipeg has been good to me and I will not forget that, and who knows, I may come back one day and run for Mayor!! As for all of my friends and family in Winnipeg, thanks for everything and you all have a place to stay in Vancouver.

Update

So last fall I decided to take a university course. I have always regretted not finishing my degree, and I thought why not go back and finish it part time. Well, I had an awakening and now I am back full time!! What a switch!! I must say that I am enjoying my time, it is a whole new experience for me.
